In order to hold appointments for services greater than $100 we kindly ask you to provide a credit card to keep on file. Your card is held within our system only and the number is masked and cannot be accessed by any employees of B&B. Your card will not be charged unless you do not follow the cancellation policy as outlined below.

​CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointments are very important to the Bristle & Blush team. They are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss out on the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Reminders for our appointments are sent 72 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you may have booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will be applied if less than 24 hours notice is given to cancel or reschedule your appointment, or you do not show up for an appointment. The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our team members' schedules filled, thus better serving everyone. Bristle & Blush's policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent service for our established and future clientele. CONFIRMATION NOTIFICATIONS

As a courtesy, you will receive a text or email confirmation 72 hours prior to your appointment date. It is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.

 

Tardiness

If you are running late, 15 minutes or less, please call ahead to let your stylist know. Any client that is more than 20 minutes late will need to reschedule their appointment, and is subject to a fee as outlined above. Please take into account travel time and parking to avoid being late for your appointment.
